Accessing the virtual campus for the first time

Non-urgent advice: Note

To enrol into a virtual campus:
1. you must have successfully registered or applied for a programme
2. you must have been assigned to a cohort
3. the start date must have passed
  1. Log in to the profile system using your 10-digit Academy ID.
  2. Navigate to My Cohorts from the main navigation.
  3. Your programme cohort will be shown with details (and an enrolment key if the start date has passed).
  4. Copy the enrolment key.
  5. Select the link to “Access cohort”; this links directly to your specific cohort area on the correct Virtual Campus.
  6. Click the login button on the Virtual Campus to complete single sign-in using the same Academy ID as the Profile system.
  7. When requested, paste the enrolment key to enrol into your Cohort area.
  8. Once enrolled, you can bookmark the Virtual Campus directly.
