Internet browser support
We aim to support all currently maintained browsers, as do the underlying software providers and plug-in providers that underpin our systems.
The Leadership Academy website, Local Leadership Academy websites, and some of our other offerings are built on WordPress. You can find their list of supported browsers and troubleshooting advice on the WordPress support site here.
For Virtual Campuses, we use Moodle 3.9. You can view their statement on browser support on the Moodle Docs page here.
If you do encounter any issues accessing any Leadership Academy websites, the below are some basic troubleshooting steps you can take:
- make sure your browser is fully updated and supported; you may need to contact your organisation's IT department if you're unable to run updates yourself on a corporate computer
(please be aware that Microsoft cease support for Internet Explorer on 15 June 2022 as an example)
- close your browser and reopen it
- try using a different browser if you have one installed
- restart your computer fully
