Using your e-badge
1. In Microsoft Outlook select ‘new mail’ to open a new email
2. Select ‘insert’
3. Select ‘Signature’ and then ‘signatures…’
4. If you have more than one signature you may need to select the one you wish you edit
5. If you only have one signature this should appear ready to edit
6. Select where you would like to add the image to your signature
7. Select the ‘insert image’ icon
8. Select the e-badge and select ‘insert’. You may need to save the e-badge to your computer before completing this step
9. The e-badge image should now appear on your signature. You can change the size by selecting the image then selecting the square boxes that appear on the edge of the image and dragging it to be larger or smaller
10. If you want to add the webpage so that anyone who selects the e-badge will be taken to the programme website please follow steps 11 onwards. If you do not want to add the weblink simply select ‘OK’ to save your signature. Please note that you will need to close the new email you have open and re-open a new one before your updated signature will appear.
11. To add the webpage link, select the e-badge image and then select the ‘add hyperlink’ icon
12. In the box labelled ‘Address’ paste the correct link to your programme:

13. Select ‘OK’
14. Select ‘OK’ again to save your signature.
